WEBINAR: IDAT-Palettizer –  graphically supported table and pallet planning in the precast concrete plant.

24. March 2021      09:00 a.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

24. March 2021     02:00 p.m. (German Time) (Language: German)

24. March 2021      5:00 a.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

The scheduling and physical planning of the precast concrete parts to be produced on the available tables and pallets is of elementary importance for a smooth production run. Here, it is necessary to optimally coordinate a wide range of parameters so that, in addition to on-time production, optimal utilization of production capacities is also taken into account.
In this webinar, we will show you how modern software such as IDAT Palettizer actively supports this important work step and reduces processing time.
The program’s graphical interface gives the user full control and overview of the production cycle at all times.
Outputs for the control of formwork robots or projection systems are available as well as interfaces to ERP programs.

WEBINAR: IDAT-Stacker – graphically supported transport stacking in the precast concrete plant.

24. February 2021      09:00 a.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

24. February 2021     02:00 p.m. (German Time) (Language: German)

24. February 2021      5:00 a.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

In this webinar you will learn everything about the functions and possibilities of the IDAT Stacker program. The program is used to virtually place precast concrete elements on transport racks or trucks for transport planning. It allows the user to have a fully graphical workflow in which critical factors such as the weight and dimensions of the stacks are monitored at all times. Different types of transport stacks can be defined and used in the program. The elements to be stacked are imported either via pre-generated machine files (as supported by IDAT Revit Precast or IDAT-CCAD) or via an Excel file. The program generates machine files with the stacking information for e.g. a palletizing program like IDAT-Palletizer or a host computer. Furthermore, the program generates predefined loading lists for the loadmaster. The program can be operated individually or integrated into the complete IDAT-ERP system.

Reinforcement planning with IDAT Revit Precast (English)

27 January 2021      09:00 a.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

27 January 2021     02:00 p.m. (German Time) (Language: German)

27 January 2021    05:00 p.m. (German Time) (Language: English)

The webinar deals with the functions in IDAT Revit Precast, which can be used specifically for the reinforcement of components in Autodesk Revit. We will show you how reinforcement can already be predefined in a Revit family so that it can be automatically generated later in the model at the push of a button. This can drastically reduce and simplify the time and effort required for reinforcement planning. The functions can be applied to any Revit families and can thus be used both in the planning of precast concrete elements and for the planning of on-site reinforcement.
